This FULL body session will help reduce tension, increase circulation, and induce total relaxation with combined oils or lotions and an array of strokes with 'light to moderate' pressure on the entire body, including the face, feet and the gluteal (buttocks) area, unless otherwise specified. This massage relieves aches & pains, decreases stress levels and enhances mental clarity.

Also known as the customized exhalemassage, this massage combines passive yoga-like stretching with gentle pressure along your body’s natural energy lines to increase flexibility, relieve muscle tension, and enhance your overall well-being. Other benefits of this modality include increased circulation and oxygen flow into the tight muscle area that promote healthy cell reproduction, elasticity, and deep relaxation. The session is performed on a massage table and has an option of being done in combination with a massage and/or can be performed fully clothed if requested. Swe-Thai Yoga Massage will leave you with a deeply nourished, relaxed and energized feeling.
Deep Tissue Massage (Back to Top)
This therapeutic massage focuses on specific and deeper muscle groups by applying firm pressure and using a variety of techniques. This massage aims towards reaching the deeper structures of the muscles to ease and release muscle tension. This massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you are comfortable with the level of pressure. Keep in mind that soreness is common after this treatment, and that plenty of water should be taken to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will be released during this massage.

This massage is designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to short & long term injuries. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pain, and swelling in the body. It increases flexibility by performing multiple stretching techniques and vigorous strokes to awake and prepare the muscles. Sports Massage is very effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury or sports event by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body’s natural immune function.

Incorporating stretch into your massage session is very beneficial to your circulatory system as well as it is to your state of relaxation. Stretching allows blood and oxygen to flow thru your muscles and promotes healthy cell reproduction. It also helps to prevent injuries by increasing your flexibility and your agility. Aside from the Sports Massage, stretching can be incorporated into any of the massages mentioned above for an additional small fee. For many, incorporating stretching in their massage sessions, makes the massage feel even more complete.

During this session, gentle to firm pressure is applied to specific points on the hands and feet to stimulate balance in organs and glands.
